TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A Vigo County man has been identified as the driver killed Thursday in Terre Haute after his vehicle ran off the road and was engulfed in flames, Sheriff John Plasse said.
Dalton Richey, 26, was headed southbound on US 41 South near Florida Avenue in Terre Haute when his vehicle went off the road and caught fire. Richey was pronounced dead following the incident, Plasse said.
