SPENCER, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)— A wreck in Spencer on Saturday evening resulted in the death of a 72-year-old resident.
According to the Spencer Chief of Police, the wreck occurred around 1:40 p.m. on Rattlesnake Road and U.S. Highway 46. The Spencer Police Department were the first to respond, followed by the Owen County Sheriff’s Department and the Indiana State Police shortly thereafter.
When on the scene, police discovered it was a two-car crash. The crash killed a 72-year-old Spencer resident, and the driver of the second vehicle was a 34-year-old man from Solsberry, Indiana.
