TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)— The principal lawyer of The Bopp Law Firm, James Bopp, Jr., has been awarded the 2025 Leadership in the Law, Distinguished Barrister Award from The Indiana Lawyer.
The Distinguished Barrister Award is given out to several lawyers each year by The Indiana Lawyer to recognize attorneys who “have set themselves apart as leaders of the profession over at least the last 20 years of practice”. Bopp Jr. and 16 others will receive the Distinguished Barrister Award at a ceremony planned for May 29.
The Bopp Law Firm was founded by James Bopp, Jr., and provides legal assistance to individuals, advocacy groups, candidates, and Political Action Committees. Bopp, Jr. has previously been honored for his work in law and the U.S. Supreme Court practice, pro-life work, and political involvement, with 17 other awards ranging back to 1987.
