SULLIVAN, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)— At the Sullivan County courthouse today, the trial began for one of the men accused of being involved in the murder of Lowell Badger.
William Ray Grimes faces a murder charge stemming from the 2012 murder of the 85-year-old badger. Grimes is one of three men charged in the case. Today, the jury was selected, and both the prosecution and defense gave their opening statements. Tomorrow evidence will begin to be presented.
