TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A rainy Saturday didn’t stop the fun at the 4th Annual Hops and Vines fest in downtown Terre Haute.
“We have breweries and distilleries and wineries from all over the state, we got a few of our favorite nonprofits, our local nonprofits project never broken, Terre Haute area association of realtors, and they’re here just kind of kind of supporting we’re here to support them, and they’re here to get the word out and support a good cause for them and have fun, you know, just enjoy the day even though it’s rainy and kind of nasty, still a pretty good turnout, having a good time,” said John Null, the co-owner of event sponser, Afterburner Brewing Company.
The crowd enjoyed live music and drinks from 30 breweries and wineries from across the Midwest.
Plus there were over 125 craft creations.
Portions of the proceeds from the event will go to supporting local groups like Project Neverbroken and Veteran’s Village.
