SULLIVAN, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)— The Indiana State Police released information on a couple in Sullivan being charged with neglect of a dependent.
According to a news release from ISP, a criminal investigation began into the couple after receiving information that a child had been sent to the hospital from neglect in March 2025. The investigation resulted in the arrest of 22-year-old Destiny R. Williams and 20-year-old Josiah Q. Horton from Sullivan, Indiana.
Both individuals were taken into custody on Wednesday and are currently being held in the Sullivan County Jail with a $15,000 bond on each of the suspects. Both suspects are being charged with neglect of a dependent resulting in bodily injury, which is a level five felony.
