FARMERSBURG, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)— Vigo County representatives are looking for feedback from the constituents before the upcoming legislative session on January 8th.
The representatives of Vigo County want to hear your opinions on the laws and important issues that members of the community care about. Bruce Borders (R-Jasonville), Bob Heaton (R-Terre Haute), and Alan Morrison (R-Brazil) are a few of those who have created an online survey for members of their communities.
“Constituent feedback is essential to our work, ensuring the laws we pass reflect our community’s values,” Borders said. “This survey gives everyone a chance to have their voice heard as we approach the 2025 session.”
All you have to do is go to one of the surveys and be a resident of the district you are filling out for. The deadline is December 31 and you can check what house district you fall under here, clicking find your legislator, and entering your home address.
“By taking the time to complete this survey, constituents help guide the decisions I make on their behalf,” Heaton said. “Your input plays a vital role in our work at the Statehouse.”
