SHELBURN, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)— A wreck between a Terre Haute woman and a propane tanker occurred Monday evening sending one of the parties to the hospital.
According to Sullivan County Sheriff Jason Bobbitt, a wreck occurred on the railroad tracks in Shelburn. Bobbitt said that a propane truck was stopping as it went to cross the railroad tracks and a woman struck the back of the propane truck, rear-ending it.
The woman was taken from the scene to the hospital for medical care due to injuries received, but Bobbitt said she was speaking and alert before being taken.
