SULLIVAN COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Indiana Railroad Company’s Santa Train made several pit stops this weekend all across the Wabash Valley.
The special train made visits to five different towns between Greene and Sullivan counties. And the local train stops gave families the opportunity to visit and take pictures with Santa.
The Indiana Railroad Company makes it a priority to give back to the local communities.
“Seeing Santa is special, seeing a train is special,” said Joe Gioe, the President and CEO of Indiana Railroad Company. “It is really important to Indiana Railroad that the communities that we serve not only see us, but that we give back. We give winter coats, gloves, and hats to families in need.
The train made several stops this weekend including Duggar, Jasonville, and Sullivan. Of course, the train could not be missed with all the Christmas lights and decorations.
