TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)— Chances and Services for Youth is set to have its 26th annual Bikes for Tykes event this Saturday.
They work with local schools and other non-profit organizations to find kids that are in need and who may not be getting a Christmas present this year. Rose-Hulman students will use their engineering skills to assemble these bikes.
Its COO Brandon Halleck said they want to try and allow every family to have a good Christmas.
“We always know that it is an opportunity for families to have a brighter Christmas and they are able to do that through our Bikes for Tykes program,” said Halleck.
