PARIS, Ill. (WTWO/WAWV)— Erin Frank, the Marketing and Communications Director at Horizon Health was honored with the “4 Under 40” Hospital Leadership Award.
Frank was one of four rural Illinois hospital professionals to receive the award. The Illinois Critical Access Hospital Network (ICAHN) presented the awards at its annual conference on November 14 in Champaign, Illinois. Frank has many accolades to her name that helped win her the award over her 17-year career with the company including recruiting several new physicians and healthcare providers, leading the rebranding of the hospital to Horizon Health, establishing partnerships with nearby schools and organizations, and more.

The ICAHN is a network of 59 small, rural hospitals dedicated to strengthening the operations of its members by collaborating with each other. The ICAHN has been nationally recognized for administering several state, federal, and private, healthcare programs.
