Terre Haute, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — On Wednesday, October 30, some senior citizens showed off why you’re never too old to have some scary fun during the Halloween season.
The Commons of Honey Creek is an assisted living facility in Terre Haute and on Wednesday night, they held some trick or treat fun for the residence. This is their second year holding the event.
Marketing Director Terra Parr said Wednesday night’s event was a way for the residents and the community to interact together.
“We have been doing this because we want to give back to the community and show the youth that our residents really enjoy seeing the children and just bringing the family out and show them what the Commons of Honey Creek has to offer,” said Parr.
