VINCENNES, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)— The Knox County Health Department in partnership with MDWise is hosting its first Back on Track Health Fair on Monday.
The Back on Track Health Fair is a community event to help support families and kids starting back into the 2024-2025 school year. It will be held Monday, September 30 from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in the 1st Street parking lot next to the Medical Center of Vincennes.
