ROSEDALE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)— A home was lost to a fire in Rosedale on Thursday afternoon.
Chief Mark Maden of the Lyford Fire Department, said they responded at 1:15 p.m. to a call of a structure fire in a trailer court on Pam Drive. Chief Maden said that the first units found a well-involved fire and went into “overhaul mode.” The fire was put out but not without a total loss of the home. Chief Maden added that investigators believe it was an accidental fire.
No one was injured and everyone was accounted for, officials said.
Around 30 responders showed up from 6 different entities. The fire was handled by Lyford, Mecca, Clinton City, Seelyville, Otter Creek, and Rosedale Fire Departments.
