“This Friday (September 13) and Saturday (September 14) at Fairbanks Park. Gates open at 4:30. It’s from 5 to 10 p.m. We’ll have an evening bloom glow around 7:45, 8. We have food vendors, live music, there are tethered balloon rides. So if folks want to be adventurous and go up in a hot air balloon for $20. And again all of the money raised go for Chances and Services for Youth,” Halleck said.
