TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)— Indiana State University has been featured among many top schools in the Wall Street Journal’s College Pulse Ranking for 2025.
Through a combined effort of the Wall Street Journal, Statista, and College Pulse, one of the largest independent surveys of verified college students and recent alumni was conducted to rank the best colleges in the United States. The survey contained responses from around 110,000 individuals asking about career prep, learning opportunities, and campus life.
The rankings also took into account a lot of data from the U.S. Department of Education and the Census Bureau. This included assessments of the learning environment, years to pay off the net price, degree completion, likelihood of higher salaries post-graduation, and diversity.
“We are incredibly honored to be included in the WSJ College Pulse Ranking 2025,” said Mike Goddard, President of ISU. “This recognition highlights Indiana State University’s unwavering commitment to providing a high-quality education that empowers our students to succeed. We take pride in fostering a learning environment that prepares our graduates for meaningful careers and equips them to address the evolving needs of Indiana’s workforce.”
The award list was announced on September 4 and can be viewed on the Wall Street Journal’s website.
