VIGO COUNTRY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)— Indiana State Police responded to an accident on Interstate 70 near mile marker 15 on Thursday.
According to Indiana Police Sgt. Matt Ames, A passenger vehicle was traveling westbound on Interstate 70 when for unknown reasons it drifted to the north side. The vehicle then drove up on the guardrail for around 75 feet. The vehicle afterward came to a stop on top of the guardrail it was driving on.
Indiana State Police say that afterward two individuals were transported to a local hospital for a medical checkup via ambulance. No injuries were reported while at the scene.
