TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – Sunday, Trinity Lutheran Church held their annual block party.
It was open, free of charge, for all of the public to enjoy. They had food, games, inflatables, and prizes available for kids and adults alike.
This is the 4th year the church has hosted the party. The idea began when the church wanted a safe environment for kids to have fun before school begins.
However, Vice President of the church says, there is no age restriction on enjoying the festivities.
“I always love going through the obstacle course. I don’t care if I’m in my 30s, I’ll still do it. Then I always like sitting in the dunk tank and seeing if anybody can actually sink me.”
Andrew Eichmiller – Vice President of Trinity Lutheran Church
The rain held off just enough for people to enjoy the fun outdoors today.
