SULLIVAN, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)– Take a moment to spiral down a rabbit hole into an unfamiliar place and see if you can make your way out.
The Sullivan County Public Library put together an Alice In Wonderland escape room. Kids will have to use their math, literature, and critical thinking skills to make their way out. The escape room will be set up at the Sullivan History Museum on Court Street on July 15, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. It is recommended for ages 8 and up, with at least one adult.
Museum Curator and Game Master Katiesha Killion said her favorite part is seeing the kids get excited.
“It’s the really excited squeals that we get when they figure out a lock, or they’re like I know that! I read that in a book or I learned that at school! And they get the excitement, it’s just great,” she said.
Registration is required and can be done on the Sullivan County Public Library’s website.
