TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Regional Hospital contacted the Terre Haute Police Department, on Friday to report a group of animals were attempting to get into the hospital.
According to the THPD, officers arrived on scene to find a family of ducks loitering near the hospital’s entrance.
“Upon arrival, officers discovered a mother duck and her ducklings attempting to waddle their way into the hospital,” THPD wrote.
Police said the family was able to be relocated to a safer area by Code Enforcement Officers.
“Code Enforcement Officers managed to detain the feathered culprits without a quack, then relocating the family to a more suitable location,” THPD said.
