VIGO COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) –
A crash on U.S. 40 in Vigo County Monday involved four vehicles.
The Vigo County Sheriff’s Department says Courtney Dailey, 26, of Terre Haute died at the scene.
Vielka Shultz, 56, of Brazil was airlifted to a hospital and later passed away.
Two other people suffered minor injuries.
Sheriff John Plasse says it appears one person crossed the center line in the head-on collision.
