KNOX COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – One person was killed in an early morning ATV wreck in Knox County.
It happened on Albrecht Road near Oaktown Road at around 1:00 a.m. Sunday.
Indiana State Police say 64-year-old Charles Hunt of Edwardsport was operating his ATV on Albrecht Road when the vehicle left the road and traveled into a ditch.
Hunt was thrown from the ATV. He was pronounced dead on the scene by the Knox County Coroner’s Office.
Indiana State Police say the coroner’s office, Knox County Sheriff’s Office and Department of Natural Resources assisted.
