TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – A Terre Haute man has died after sustaining injuries in a house fire Tuesday evening.
52-year-old, Terry Haney passed away at Eskenazi Hospital in Indianapolis. He had been injured, critically, in a fire believed to be started by his brother, Samuel Haney Junior.
Haney Junior was arrested just hours after the fire, and had been initially charged with arson resulting in serious bodily injury. That charge is now expected to be upgraded to felony murder.
