VERMILLION Co., Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — The Vermillion County Sheriff’s office is investigating after two people were injured in a crash Sunday evening.
The sheriff’s office said the two vehicle accident happened at state road 63 and Hazel Bluff road.
Those arriving on the scene said one of the vehicles was sitting sideways and in middle of the intersection. The other vehicle involved was found in a ditch.
Walter Gilonske and Shirley Gilonske, both of Potomac, Illinois were taken to the hospital with unknown injuries. Shirley Gilonske was extricated.
Deputies said the other driver involved refused treatment for herself and her small children who were also in the vehicle.
