VIGO COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — As the winter storm warning continues into Friday the Vigo County Commissioners have declared that all Vigo County offices will be closed Friday, Feb. 4.
This continues from Wednesday’s early closure of offices and the courthouse at noon, as well as all day Thursday.
