TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Terre Haute Police have confirmed they are investigating a shooting that took place Tuesday at 8th and Beech St.
The victim in the shooting was taken to a local hospital with what is believed to be non-life-threatening injuries.
A juvenile is in custody. According to a THPD Facebook post, they are being charged with criminal recklessness, battery with a deadly weapon and battery resulting in serious bodily injury.
