TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) – An Indiana State student had shots fired at them early Sunday morning while walking near 9th St. and Spruce St.
Officers were called to the area around 1:15 a.m. The Terre Haute Police Department is currently investigating the incident.
