CLARK COUNTY, Ill. (WTWO/WAWV) — A driver was cited for improper lane usage after striking a concrete barrier in construction zone on Interstate 70 in Clark County early Monday morning.
According to Illinois State Police, 62-year-old Ronald King of Indianapolis was driving eastbound on I-70 near milepost 155.5 in Clark County when his vehicle struck the barrier and overturned.
King was transported to a nearby hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
