TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A former Rose Hulman staff member and local pastor who is charged with child exploitation will appear in court on Thursday.
Curtiss Larry Davis II, 47, of Terre Haute, is facing two counts of child exploitation-aggravating factor, a level 4 felony.
According to court documents, Davis has been charged for allegedly possessing two images of young girls being sexually abused, 17 AI-generated images of children being sexually abused and actual images of humans having sex with dogs and wolves.
According to a probable cause affidavit, Terre Haute police became aware of Davis after a cyber tip came from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC).
On Thursday, September 18, Davis is anticipated to appear in Vigo Superior Court 6 at 1:30 p.m. for a pretrial conference, according to court documents. A jury trial date has been set for November 17.
