TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — The name of the victim from a drowning that happened on July 31, has been released by the Terre Haute Police Department.
The victim has been identified as Danielle Slaughter.
According to the Terre Haute Police Department, at 9:30 a.m., on July 31, officers responded to a report of a possible drowning. Upon arrival, police said first responders located an adult female who was unresponsive in a pool. The female was pulled from the water and pronounced dead.
“The Terre Haute Police Department’s thoughts are with the family and friends of Danielle during this difficult time,” said THPD.
