TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A Veterans Benefit and Resource Fair was held in Terre Haute Saturday.
Hosted by Veteran Health Indiana, the event provided on-site assistance with disability claims, claim processing, and federal and state benefits and resources.
Public Affairs Outreach Specialist for Veteran Health Indiana, Jared Scott, shared the importance of providing these resources for veterans. He also said for those hesitant to receive help, all you need to do is start with a question. Then their team is more than happy to assist from there.
“It’s to help them really. you know, they went and did something great for our country, and so now we’re trying to do our best to give back to them,” said Scott.
