TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)— Friday evening, a local hub for addiction recovery hosted a heartfelt celebration dinner.
The dinner was held at the Recovery Corner in Terre Haute, featuring a dinner, fellowship, and inspiring testimonials. The highlight of the evening was guest speaker Mike Rentfro, who shared his own journey through addiction and recovery.
This event takes place every month, focusing on different recovery pathways. Director Issy Kelley said this event helps bring people together.
“This is to help support and celebrate recovery in our community. So, we know that going into recovery is not the same for everyone. It’s not a cookie-cutter thing. So, there are many different pathways of recovery.”
