SULLIVAN COUNTY, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — The Sullivan County 4H Fair kicked off this weekend, and on Sunday was the horse show, which features a variety of different horses.
Abigial and Vivian Shreve both competed in pattern, rail work, and showman-ship classes.
The two young girls are 4h members in Sullivan County and have been preparing for the fair for months and of course, training and prepping their horses for show.
“It’s a lot. We had to bathe them. We spent all day yesterday clinging tack, bathing horses, getting them clipped up and ready to go we probably start in about January,” said Abigail Shreve.
There are many events taking place this week for the fair. The Sullivan County 4H Fair runs from now until July 18th.
