UPDATE (June 30, 2025): The Silver Alert was canceled for Julia Frederick. She was found safe at approximately 7 a.m. on June 30, west of the Danville area.
HENDRICKS COUNTY, Ind. — A statewide Silver Alert has been declared for a 41-year-old Hendricks County woman last seen on June 21.
According to the alert, Julia Frederick is described as being around 5 feet 6 inches tall and having blonde hair with green eyes. The alert did not provide any clothing description.

Frederick was last seen in North Salem on June 21 around 12 a.m. The alert states that she is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
On June 21, the Hendricks County Sheriff’s Department said she sent her mother a text stating she was camping on the property by the creek. On June 23, her father took a UTV around the property to find Frederick. He came across what appeared to be her campsite, but she was not present.
HCSD joined the search on Wednesday after a report was made and all buildings in the area were searched. When she wasn’t located, a drone was sent up to search the wooded areas for heat signals, but none were located.
On Thursday, the police initiated a grid-style search with emergency personnel, equipment, kayaks, and drones from the Eel River Township, Lizton, Pittsboro, Coatesville and Danville Fire Departments.
HCSO continued its search for Frederick on Friday by deploying a Bloodhound Team from the Arcadia Police Department and a protective escort from HCSO tracked a scent trail in the area near County Road 900 N.
Deputies utilized two additional K9 cadaver teams, one supplied by the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department and the other by the Honey Creek Fire Department.
As of this article’s publication, deputies have not been able to collect any additional evidence during their two-day operation to find Frederick.
