VINCENNES, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — The City of Vincennes will begin its curbside leaf pick up on November 17.
From November 17 to December 12 the city will be going around collecting piles of leaves placed on the curb of peoples yard.
The city’s collection site on Old Terre Haute Road will also be open from 7:30 a.m. to 2:15 p.m., Monday through Friday. Vincennes residents can bring their leaves, limbs and yard debris to the collection site to be dumbed.
Here is a look at where crews will be collecting leaves:
Week One (November 17-21):
During the first week, crews will be located at Willow Street to Main Street from South 2nd Street to South 18th Street, including the Bunker Hill area.
Crews will also be in the Four Lake and Eastgate Area.
The city said the Eastgate area refers to all streets off Bruceville and Wheatland roads and Old U.S. 50 within the city limits.
Week Two (November 24-26):
During the second week, crews will be located on Main Street to Hart Street from 1st Street to Felt King Road, including the Memering Yates area.
Crews will also be in the Weed Lane, Burnett Heights and Forrest Hills Area.
During this week, crews will not be working on November 27 and 28 for Thanksgiving.
Week Three (December 1-5):
During the third week, crews will be located on Kimmell Road from Hart Street to the Saint Clair Jackson Heights and Wolf Hollow Area.
Week Four (December 8-12):
During the fourth week, crews will be located on Saint Clair Avenue to Niblack Boulevard from Oliphant Drive to the Wheeler Road area.

The City of Vincennes said piles of leaves with sticks and limbs mixed in will not be picked up.
