TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A motion for bond reduction has been withdrawn for a woman facing 11 charges, after she was involved in a fatal crash in Terre Haute that killed two juveniles, according to the Vigo County Prosecutor’s Office.
According to police, in June, an SUV driven by Misty Casey was traveling west on Oak St. and failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of South 13th St. and Oak St, causing the vehicle to collide with a truck.
The crash resulted in the death of two juveniles, Avery Sullivan and Tamiya O’Quinn.

According to court documents, Casey was allegedly under the influence and “did not know any of the four passengers in her vehicle.”
On Tuesday, September 9, Casey appeared in Vigo Superior Court 5 for a bail review hearing. According to the Vigo County Prosecutors’ Office, the motion for bond reduction has been withdrawn.
Casey’s bail remains at $100,000.
Casey will appear in court for a jury trial on December 2.
