SHELBURN, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)— UPDATE: According to Indiana State Police, a person has been taken into custody for questioning. The victim, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds from the incident, has been taken to a local hospital via air ambulance.
The situation has been ruled a domestic incident. Indiana State Police have stated that there is no threat to the public.
WTWO has reporters on the scene of a large police presence outside of a shooting in Sullivan County.
Our reporter on the scene has noted multiple agencies, including the Indiana State Police, the Shelburn Town Marshall, Indiana Conservation Officers, and Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office.
