HYMERA, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Three people were arrested at a house in Hymera for possession of methamphetamine after a drug investigation.
According to the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office, deputies conducted a search warrant on a residence in Hymera, where they allegedly found methamphetamine, paraphernalia, marijuana, digital scales, bags, and other drug-related items.
As a result of the search warrant, Kenneth Scales, 58, Carly Wheatly, 42, and Jonah Cooley, 52, were all arrested.
Scales was charged with possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Scales was also on probation at the time of the arrest.
Wheatly and Cooley were both charged with possession of methamphetamine and visiting a common nuisance.
All three were transferred to the Sullivan County Jail.
