VINCENNES, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Down in Vincennes, it was all things reptiles this weekend as Knox County hosted their reptiles and exotics show.
The event took place at the Highland Community Center and Park. The show is in partnership with the Shriners Club, who raises funds for the Shriners Hospital for Children. The show has a little something for everybody, snakes, geckos, jumping spiders, guinea pigs, and much more.
How about this, Stitches the clown is a Shriners member, and enjoys the show every year, as it brings so many different people together for a fun filled weekend.
“We’ve got people from Kentucky, we’ve got Illinois, so we really drag in a lot of vendors to these events because we can really focus, they’re selling, what they can do to really bring in the people that are interested in exotic animals,” said Stitches the clown.
The next show with be located at Evansville in September.
