TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — Greg Gibson, president and CEO of Gibson Development, has been named as one of the 2025 Indiana 250 for the fourth consecutive year.
Gibson is on the list of Most Influential Leaders and is one of the only Hoosiers to appear on the list consecutively every year since its introduction.
Gibson has a portfolio of more than 50 companies operating in waste management, environmental management, and development. The news release states that Gibson leads efforts that often uncover new opportunities in underserved regions and create solutions to Indiana’s toughest infrastructure and environmental challenges.
“Leadership means more than directing from the top; it’s about helping others lead,” said Gibson. “I’m proud of the impact our companies have made, but I’m even prouder of the people behind them and the communities we’ve partnered with along the way.”
Gibson is a Terre Haute native and graduated from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. Gibson has spent the last 40 years building companies from the ground up, and his passion for sustainable development, bold leadership, and more has made him a respected voice.
