TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WAWV/WTWO) — Saint Mary of the Woods College (SMWC) has added two new concentrations to the Master of Leadership Development Program.
Beginning in August students will have the opportunity to specialized in one of the two concentrations: Organizational Leadership or Psychology of Leadership.
“We are excited about both concentrations and the opportunities they offer our students to deepen their understanding of leadership philosophy in both theory and practice,” Eric Hubbard, Ph.D., Director of Master’s Programs in Business and Leadership said.
The Organizational Leadership concentration will provide students with the ability to understand how individuals and systems communicate and interact with a string emphasis on ethical business practice, global awareness and effective management skills.
The Psychology of Leadership concentration will give students the opportunity to focus on the human side of leadership. They will examine psychological principles, including emotional intelligence, conflict resolution and team dynamics.
Applications are now open for this August.
