MONTEZUMA, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)— The Indiana State Police were led on a high-speed chase starting in Vermillion County and ending in Montezuma.
According to Indiana State Police Public Information Officer Matt Ames, an individual refused to stop when officers performed a traffic stop. Ames stated that the pursuit then began, reaching speeds of 95 miles per hour.
The driver eventually came to a stop near a home in Montezuma before being taken into custody without incident. The driver was taken to Vermillion County Jail.
