TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)— Terre Haute’s Mayor Brandon Sakbun came in to discuss what’s new across the city.
Dana and Mayor Sakbun discussed the changes to the Vigo County school system, a shift the mayor is in favor of. They also discussed the city of Terre Haute’s interns and their transit initiative they are working on this summer.
Dana also asked the mayor about the accessibility improvements being made to the city, such as the addition of audible crosswalks. Lastly, they discussed the upgrades being made to the Deming Park Pool and where the funds are coming from.
