TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)—The Patrick S. Barrett Endowment Fund is hosting the tournament for the second year in a row to raise funds for childhood cancer research.
The event money will go to Riley Children’s Hospital in Indianapolis to aid in their research. The event is planned to take place on June 13 at 10 a.m. with a shotgun start at Idle Creek Golf Course. You can register for early bird registration will be available until May 31. The cost for early birds is $300 for a team of four golfers, and that includes the green fees, cart, and lunch. After May 31, it’s $400 a team.
The endowment fund was created in December 2023 by Greg and Molly Barrett to honor their son Patrick’s generous philanthropic spirit and desire to help others
The prize for the winning team is set at $500 for 1st place, $300 for 2nd place, and $200 for 3rd place. You can register online at psweloveyoufund.org, and businesses/individuals interested in sponsoring the event can visit this link.
