SULLIVAN, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — A final pre-trial hearing was held Friday in the case of the murder of Lowell Badger.
William R. Grimes is charged with murder.
Grimes is just one of the men accused in the 2012 death of the 85-year-old Lowell Badger.
Final arrangements were made Friday at the Sullivan County Courthouse and the trial will begin Monday, May 12th.
