SULLIVAN, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — The City of Sullivan is set to host their city-wide clean up in the upcoming month.
During the entire month of May, Sullivan residents can take their items of trash inside or outside of their home and bring it to the “city garage.”
From May 1st through May 31st trash can be dropped off at 317 S. Broad St. in Sullivan during designated hours.
The City Wide Clean Up hours:
- Monday through Wednesday 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Thursday 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Friday 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
All residents MUST live in the City of Sullivan and provide proof of identification with address.
Accepted items include household furniture, mattresses, appliances not containing CFC’s or HCFC’s, carpeting tied in 3-foot-bundles, and large toys.
Items that will NOT be accepted are tires, paint, ammunition, hazardous waste, construction debris, building materials, liquid waste, and electronics.
