Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen, 4424 S. US Hwy 41 (2 Critical, 1 Non-Critical) Observed wiping cloth sanitizer buckets not measuring at proper concentration to disinfect. Found employee drink without lid stored on shelf above prep table.
Expressway Mart, 2951 S. 25th St. (2 Critical, 1 Non-Critical) Observed one hand wash sink blocked and not accessible and one hand wash sink dismantled. Found milk in reach-in coolers held past the expiration date.

Taco Bell, 3636 US Hwy 41 (1 Critical, 3 Non-Critical) Observed accumulated black and green debris from soda nozzles in drive-thru.
