TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) — The Terre Haute Police Department has announced that Officer Gerald Kurdelak will be promoted to the rank of sergeant.
THPD said, Sgt. Kurdelak will now serve in a supervisory role on the evening shift.
“His experience and leadership will continue to benefit our department and community,” said the Terre Haute Police Department.
Sgt. Kurdelak has nearly 20 years of dedicated service to the department. In those nearly 20 years, he has served on multiple patrol shifts and has helped guide and mentor new officers as a Field Training Officer.
