TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)— The closure on Robinson Road between West Illiana Drive and West Kasameyer Drive in West Terre Haute, is being extended.
That road was closed for several months last year for work on a new tunnel. Now work is being done under that tunnel, for a water utility line that will run to the new Clear Creek Welcome Center, being built along Interstate 70.
Vigo County Commissioner Chris Switzer said, they hope the Robinson Road closure will be done at the end of this week. As for the Interstate 70 project, he said, that is likely going to last for several more months.
