TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV)— New homes will soon be completed on the east side of Terre Haute.
WTWO spoke to Jon Mutchner. He’s the developer of the Bear Creek Townhomes located at Fruitridge and Hulman. He said the first six-plex is almost done and eventually there will be seventeen of these buildings. He said these new, modern townhomes will have full exterior maintenance and are unique to the area.
“The town homes here are are quite unique to Terre Haute, this type of community is quite unique,” Mutchner said. “There are townhomes in Terre Haute but this is a designated townhome community that is built specifically for this and it’s modern.”
Mutchner said the homes have not gone on the market yet, but he hopes to have people moving in in the spring or summer.
